Kim McGaughey

When she is not in a courtroom, Deidre can usually be found at her parents’ farm in Hallsville taking care of her horses. She enjoys spending time showing her horses, walking her dogs, and traveling with her husband.

Kim McGaughey

Kim joined TGH Litigation LLC in March of 2025, with over 25 years of paralegal experience.  Kim began her career with the Missouri Department of Revenue in 1996 working in the bankruptcy unit.  In 2005 Kim started with the Missouri Attorney General Office, where she served as a paralegal and later as a senior paralegal in the Litigation Division.  In 2018 Kim started with UM Systems General Counsel’s Office as a litigation paralegal until 2022.  Prior to joining TGH Litigation, LLC Kim served as a paralegal specialist with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the criminal division.  She has assisted attorneys in various areas of law, including criminal, employment and inmate litigation, and administrative hearings.  Kim has assisted in more than 30 trials and administrative hearings during her paralegal career, in both state and federal courts.

While not working, Kim enjoys reading, boating, camping, and fishing with her husband and family in their favorite State Parks.
