Julianne O'Bannon Germinder

Prior to forming TGH Litigation, Julianne served as the Employment Litigation Team Leader for the Missouri Attorney General's Office. As Employment Team Leader, she oversaw Employment Litigation for the Attorney General's Office and supervised a team of attorneys who litigated Employment cases as well as other civil rights litigation and other general civil litigation. In addition to her supervisory roles, Julianne also litigated her own docket of cases, consisting mainly of employment matters as well as other civil litigation. In nearly seven years at the AGO, Julianne tried numerous cases to state and federal juries throughout Missouri. She also continued to develop an expertise in employment law and counseled state agencies on employment matters. 

Julianne also has prior experience in private practice, including starting her legal career at a large Kansas City law firm where she worked in the Labor and Employment Practice Group.

Julianne has been involved in various state and local bar activities since her graduation from law school. She has also recently been nominated for the Lon O. Hocker Trial Advocacy Award, an award given out by the Missouri Bar Foundation.

Outside of the office, Julianne has made her home Columbia since 2009 and lives with her husband, son, and shelter dog Wyatt just outside the city limits. She spends her free time attending Mizzou games with friends and family, advising her local chapter of the Phi Mu sorority, and riding American Saddlebred horses.
